This historic Victorian is opened up with a 3 story staircase leading to a new rooftop pavilion master bedroom suite and library. The centerpiece of the design is a 30 foot skylight over the stair and the creation of a gallery wall for the owner’s significant art collection. The historic elements of the original structure are carefully preserved and serve as counterpoint to the new insertions into the space.
